The Neethling Brain Instrument (“NBI”) is a profiling methodology based on the provision of 30 questions and 4 responses.

It uses thinking preferences as a development tool and supports the proposition that if we can understand not only our own but the thinking preferences of others, we can speak the language of the “listener”.

Key behaviours identified by the NBI that highlight “organisational wellness” include the following 10 components:

1) Trust
2) Learning
3) Gratification
4) Language
5) Ownership
6) Energy
7) Change
8) Interaction
9) Creativity – Innovation
10) Communication
